Description

The purposes of this Amendment, Amendment 001, are to answer a question submitted by a potential offeror per this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, and to correct an error in the product description of CLIN 0001. The following question has been submitted, with its respective answer: Question: Can you tell me if the warranty will be 24x7, or 9x5? Answer: The "warranty," referring to CLIN 0004 for CheckPoint Enterprise Standard Support, will in fact be 5x12 business day support for all appliances listed in CLINs 0001 through 0003. The part number for CLIN 0004, CPES-SS-STANDARD entails 5 business days of support per week, with 12 hours of support each business day. The following link to the CheckPoint web site provides further information on what CPES-SS-STANDARD includes: http://www.checkpoint.com/services/techsupport/programs/security-appliance.html. The second part of this Amendment serves to correct the product description of CLIN 0001. The description currently reads "CheckPoint UUTM-1 1076 Total Security Appliance." The description for CLIN 0001 will now read as follows: CLIN 0001 Part Number CPAP-SG1076 CheckPoint UTM-1 1076 Total Security Appliance Quantity: 1; Unit: Each
