- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN FORT WAYNE, IN STAR #: 9IN2084 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 592 rentable square feet in Fort Wayne, IN. The space should yield 515 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require one (1) inside parking space and one (1) outside parking space. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Coliseum Blvd South: East Pontiac/Engle Road East: North Coliseum Blvd/South Coliseum Blvd West: Jefferson (Exit 102) The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
