- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to Unisys Corp. under Department of Veteran's Affairs(VA) Global Information Technology Support Services (GITSS) contract V797(049A3G)P-074 Task Order #USDA ITS-3. USDA International Technology Services Contracting Team plans to issue a Time and Materials Delivery Order against the above referenced contract and task order for the procurement of IT Support Services in support of the USDA International Technolgoy Services(ITS), Infrastructure Operations Division(IOD), Operations Security Branch. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only. Rationale for using other than a fixed price and/or competitive award: The work will be performed under a time and materials contract. The work is within the scope of the contract which was awarded as a Multiple Award Contract. The procurement was awarded through competitive means and was not awarded as a fixed-price contract because it was not possible at the time of award of the contract to estimate accurately the extent or duration of the work or anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence.
