Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition - VG Studio Software/Licenses NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE FOR THE ANNUAL VOLUME GRAPHICS SOFTWARE/LICENSES RENEWAL TO VOLUME GRAPHICS, INC. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has a requirement for the Annual Volume Graphics Studio Software/License Renewal. This announcement serves as a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Purchase Order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Volume Graphics, Inc. located at Wieblinger Weg 92a, Heidelberg, Germany 69123. The Government intends to purchase the renewal of the VG Software License as a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITION AND IS NOT CONSIDERED A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
