Description

The work of this project shall consist of providing all materials, labor, equipment, tools and services necessary to perform trash pickups, mowing and line trimming, and weed control at Capital Hill Parks and all related incidental work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730 with a small business size of $6.5 million. This procurement is being solicited under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The resultant contract from this solicitation shall be firm fixed price with economic price adjustment with a potential four option years. The solicitations shall be evaluated using the best value method as specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.101-1. The solicitation for this procurement will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about 1/11/2010. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation.
