Description
Recovery Act - Project Number: 608-07-120; Renovate for Mental Health and Primary Care.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for the construction of Renovate for Mental Health and Primary Care, VAMC Manchester, NH. This is a competitively negotiated project limited to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 236220, with a size standard of $33.5M. The estimated cost of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 (inclusive of all alternate items). Performance is estimated to be a total of 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The successful contractor will be selected using a Best Value/tradeoff process. Award may be made without discussions. Evaluation factors may include past performance, technical approach/QA and construction schedule. A pre-proposal walk through will be held. The walk through date will be stated in the solicitation. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings and any amendments may be accessed for download at no charge beginning on the date of issue at the following site: http://www.FedBizOpps.gov No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. A bidders list will not be available. Any and all questions must be submitted in writing to MaryKay.Chapman@va.gov The deadline for receipt of questions is ten days prior to the deadline for receipt of proposals. Offerors are responsible for obtaining amendments through http://www.fedbizopps.gov Offers shall be addressed to VAMC Manchester, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104, or emailed to marykay.chapman@va.gov and shall be received no later than the date and time specified in the Request for Proposal.
