Description

RECOVERY - ARRA PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE FBO Title: RECOVERY - Modification to Existing Contract EA133M-10-CN-0018 to increase the total value of the contract in accordance with contract terms to cover Growth Work associated with the awarded CLINS aboard the NOAA Ship GORDON GUNTER during the Drydock and Repair availability. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR PROVIDING DRYDOCK AND REPAIR UNDER CONTRACT EA133M-10-CN-0018. The contract being modified is a firm fixed price contract for the Drydock and Repair of the NOAA Ship GORDON GUNTER. The fixed-price modification is issued in accordance with contract terms for additional work associated with awarded Base Items, in the amount of $57,599.85. This modification will be issued on or about on January 12, 2010.
