- IQC09356009030/ RA09355022. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN: 6670-01-010-5906, Scale, Weighing manufactured in accordance with Drawing CECOM, Cage 97403, 13220E4354 basic, dated 05/23/1974, part number 13220E4354. Intended sources are Ametek, Cage 92456 and John Chatillon and Sons, Cage 92456, part number IN-060. This item is not a CSI item. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 171 each per base year and 171 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available at CFolders. Surge requirements do apply. Required delivery is 30 days ARO. FOB DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance at DESTINATION is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies with Full and Open Competition. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
