- NAICS Code: 9241 AMENDMENT 1The purpose of this amendment is to post the questions received by the submission deadline, which closed January 8, 2010 and EPA's response. Q.1. Is there currently an incumbent providing services under this program? If so, who is providing the services?A.1. No, there is not an incumbent providing services under this program. Q.2. Is the notification correct in projecting 730 hours for the complete SOW?Q.2. Yes, the notifcation is correct in projecting 730 hours of labor to complete the SOW. Applicants should include other direct costs such as travel and supplies and material in the fixed price submission. Q.3. Is there any indication on the current technologies as it will dictate the level of effort required for shipping, testing and collect data. A.3. The current techologies might include wood, charcoal and stove stoves currently mass produced and widely disseminated in countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. (END OF QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES) ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.106 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This notice constitues the only solicitation; offers are requested and a seperate written solicitation will not be issued. The title for this request for quotation is "Fuel Efficuiency and Emissions Testing, Training and Technical Assistance for the Partnership for Clean Indoor Air." The estimated level of effort for this requirement is 730 hours, and the period of performance is from date of award through February 28,2011.
