- The contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange services provider, certified by the state of Alaska, shall provide local commercial communications service for Fort Greely, which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial subscriber lines, digital access trunks, local exchange digital (ISDN PRI) trunks, transport channels, foreign exchange trunks and directory number and number portability.
