- Description
- Complete Sollicitation Document including Cover Letter, Instructions to Offerors and Offer Guarantee form Two 100-HP boilers are to be demolished and/or dismantled and replaced with two 80-HP high pressure steam boilers at the Whiteriver Indian Hospital. Maintaining continuity of operations is critical. The Contractor shall remove from service one boiler at a time and bring the new boiler on-line before removing the other boiler. In addition to replacing boilers, the contractor shall remove and replace two water softeners and a single-walled 100-gallon fuel storage tank, replacing the water softeners with similar equipment and the the single-walled fuel storage tank with a double-walled fuel storage tank. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000. and $250,000. This project is set aside for Small Business participation. A Presolicitation Notice for this requirement was previously published under IHS1084969 on January 5, 2010. There will not be a scheduled joint site visit for this project but offerors are encouraged to contact Barry Prince (see details elsewhere on this webpage) to set up individual site visits. Please note that due to the short period between issuance of the solicitaiton and receipt of proposals the last date the Government can accept requests for site visits is January 19, 2010. Please review the Instructions to Offerors and the complete solicitation document carefully before submitting a proposal.
