- USTRANSCOM TCAQ-S anticipates issuing an RFP on or about 29 March 2010 for Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services (ATGHS) for Air Mobility Command at Ezeiza Ministro Pistarini International Airport, Buenos Aires, Argentina; El Alto International Airport, LaPaz, Bolivia; Presidente Juscelion Kubitsche International Airport, Brasilia, Brazil; Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport, Santiago, Chile; Juan Santa Maria International Airport, San Jose, Costa Rica; El Salvador International Airport, San Salvador, El Salvador; La Aurora, Guatemala City, Guatemala; Jorge Chavez International Airport, Lima Peru; Simon Bolivar International Airport, Caracas, Venezuela; Mariscal Sucre International Airport, Quito, Ecuador; Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport, Belize City, Belize; Tocomun International Airport, Panama City, Panama; Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, Asuncion, Paraguay; Carrasco International Airport, Montevideo, Uruguay; and Norman manley International Airport, Kingston, Jamaica. Services include, but are not limited to, providing technical support, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and other necessary items and services. As a minimum, the contractor shall facilitate on-time departures and work all Air Mobility Command missions requiring ground handling services. Anticipated period of performance is from 1-30 September 2010 for familiarization training with four one-year option periods for a performance period through 30 September 2014. A pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for the week of 12 April 2010 in Miami, Florida. Actual dates, times and any additional information will be posted as they become available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: This is a re-compete acquisition.
