- Attachment 4 Questionaire Form Attachment 3 Site Visit Form Attachment 2 SOW/PWS Attachment 1 Price Exhibit SF1449 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services ( Installation of Carpet/Padding at All DoD Family Housing, Okinawa, Japan ) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented wiht additional information included in the attached solicitation. Note: This requirement will be performed in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Closing due dates indicatd on the web site are tentative. The firm Closing due date is indicated at block 8 of SF1449 solicitaion. Note 3: A Preproposal Site visit is scheduled on 15 Jan 2010 (Friday).
