- Description
- The United States Government currently occupies approximately 2,538 contiguous usable square feet of office and related space in a building under lease in Black River Falls/Jackson County, WI. The lease term requirement is five years. The space must be available for occupancy August 1, 2011. The delineated area is bounded as follows: North Boundary – Hyview Drive, Anne Dr, Christine St, Barbara Ave, Rozmenoski Rd, Hwy 12 East Boundary – I-94, Hwy 54, McDonalds Rd, Lincolnwood Dr South Boundary – E 2nd St West Boundary – S Roosevelt Rd, E Main St, N Water St, W Madison St, W Jefferson St, Forrest St, W Adams St, N 8th St, Cty Hwy A, McNulty Rd Other applicable requirements include: - Full-service lease (all utility, services, maintenance costs included in rent) - Parking – 25 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor’s control The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement and market survey as basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis to determine whether to exercise its renewal option to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
