- This pre-solicitation notice is for Roman Catholic Priest Services at Joint Base (JB) Andrews Naval Air Facility (NAF) Washington, Camp Springs, MD. This solicitation is being issued by the 316th Contracting Squadron. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated with a base period of 12 months and two 12 month option periods. This action will be set-aside for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 813110 with the business size standard dollar amount of $7 million. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 19 January 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to be eligible for award. Information concerning CCR registered requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Center at 1-888-227-2423.
