- TASK ORDER #0004. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: EN has a need to execute a modification to the subject A-E contract. Mod will be funded with ARRA funding. The modification basically includes performing approximate 20 lift-off tests on the post-tensioned trunnion anchor rods at West Point Dam, Georgia. The modification will also include the requirement to prepare a design for temporary measures and for a permanent fix for replacement of the post-tensioned trunnion anchor rods in a spillway pier. This modification was planned when the original task order was issued since the results of the original task order established the number of lift-off tests needed. The estimated cost is between $200 and $300 k.
