- Solicitation Performance Work Statement Wage Determination Moody Clauses (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FA4830-10-Q-0019 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-28, Defense Acquistion Circular 1998-01, and the Air Force Acquistion Circular 2009-1030. (iv) This acquisition is solicited as 100% set aside for Small business. The associated NAICS code is 813110 with a $7.0 Million size standard. (v) The contractor shall submit a quote for the Protestant Gospel Worship Service Accompanist at Moody Air Force Base Ga. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. (vii) FA4830-10-Q-0019 Protestant Gospel Worship Service Accompanist. The RFQ which includes the Performance Work Statement will be attached on the FedBizOps website.
