- The NAICS Code is 333314. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to Kollmorgen Corporation, Electro Optical Division, 347 King Street, Northampton, MA 61060, under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N00024-06-G-4300. The contractor shall Manufacturing and Testing of two (2) MK 16 Mod 3 TIS modules part number 6397062. The requirements to be performed by the contractor for the tasks described herein are in accordance with the provisions of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-06-G-4300. Government acceptance of the above unit undergoing manufacturing shall be based upon successfully performing TR6397062 Test Requirement for MK 16 Mod 3 TIS. Delivery schedule is 12 months ARO. Kollmorgen Corporation is the only known company that currently possesses the in-depth technical knowledge, experience, and production facilities to perform the efforts for the Teardown, Inspection, and Evaluation (TIE) of the MK 46 Optical Sight System (OSS) components.
