Description

RECOVERYThis constitutes amendment 0001 to the Solicitation No. N3300100120 providing clarification of two items in response to the Pre-Bid conference conducted on January 7, 2010. Item No. 1Section 4.03(A) on page 15 of the Statement of Work is amended as follows:"Description. This work consists of constructing or resetting of curbing. The total linear feet of curbing required to be reconstructed is 230 linear feet of contiguous concrete curbing." Item No. 2There is a conflict between the Shoulder Technical Diagram and the Statement of Work as to the depth required for base material and the top aggregate mixture. The Statement of Work as stated in Section 4.01 supercedes the diagram. No other changes apply. The Proposal Deadline of January 22, 2010 per Section 2.01.3 remains in effect.
