- 1. For the general session will the group be providing their own LCDs or will vender supply? PER THE SOLICITATION WE REQUIRE 2 PROJECTION SCREENS AND 2 PROJECTORS IN THE MAIN CONFERENCE ROOM. 2. Are 5 microphones in the general session a must? 5 ARE REQUIRED SINCE WE HAVE A LEADERSHIP PANEL OF 5 THAT WILL BE CONDUCTING ONE OF THE TRAINING SESSIONS. WE WOULD LIKE EACH MEMBER OF THE PANEL TO HAVE THEIR OWN DEDICATED MICROPHONE ON A STAND IN FRONT OF THEM. 3. In the breakouts can a wired podium microphone be used in place of wireless? YES 4. We have quality in-house sound for all our meeting rooms; can that be used in place of the sound system? YES 5. Is there any food involved with this? THERE IS NO FOOD INCLUDED IN THE SOLICITATION
