Description: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE RECOVERY ACT. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES.The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-10-RA-0059 for the followings: The contractor shall provide all the necessary equipment, parts, material, labor and supervision to remove existing entrance sign, planting bed plants, materials, and timbers, form and install new concrete footing for new sign, procure and install a new precast concrete entrance sign. The work shall be performed at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, 1423 Cemetery Road, Fort Gibson, OK 74434. The contract performance period is 30 calendar days from the effective date of contract award. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 238190 and the size standard is $14.0 million. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer by February 5, 2010. The solicitation will be available for download on or about January 26, 2010. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., February 12, 2010. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. No telephone requests will be accepted.
