Quantity 3, FOB Destination, New Cumberland, PA, inspection and acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 271 days ARO or less. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item : INTERNATIONAL PRECISION, INC & LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) - the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
