Description

This is a notice of intent to enter into a sole source Purchase Order with the Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority to conduct a feasibility study to determine the cost effectiveness of bringing alternative landfill power to an established FEMA Facility. The landfill is owned and operated by the NMWD Authority and they have the access to proprietary information that no other source would have. NMWDA has extensive resources to provide a comprehensive review of all factors. No other source would have access to confidential business information that NMWDA would have. The estimated cost for this action is between $40,000 and $50,000. This is being awarded under FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Any questions or comments should be sent to Matthew A.
