THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS AWARDED A CONTRACT UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER N1212090088 (Contract Numbers: C1274090112 - AAK - De Los Santos Constsruction; C1274090114 - Leetex/Hill & Wilkinson, LLC; C1274090115 - DWG & Associates, Inc.; C1274090113 - Maxfour Engineers and Arachitects; C127409088 - E-Corp.). The National Park Service contemplates entering into negotations with one of the MATOC contractors and award a firm-fixed price Task Order. ZION NATIONAL PARK, PMIS #161247: Purchase and Replace Existing 40 Gallon Propane Fueled Hot Water Heaters on the Western Cabins at Zion Lodge and install new propane fueled tankless hot water heaters. In addition the project will include rebuilding the exterior tank enclosures to hide the water heaters from public view. The NAICS Code for this project is 236118 with a size standard of $33.5 million. Estimated range is between $250,000.00 - $500,000.00.
