- RECOVERY--PER FAR 5.7, THIS NOTICE IF PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBERS: W91278-10-D-0028 & W91278-10-R-0029; These contracts were awarded to BARLOVENTO, L.L.C., 431 TECHNOLOGY DR, DOTHAN AL 36303-1039; and MECO BUILDERS, INC., 20 JACKSON LAKE RD, CHATSWORTH GA 30705-5145. IDIQ contracts which were fully completed and established in accordance with FAR Part 15, on 19-Nov-2009. These contracts are for Various Horizontal and Minor Vertical Construction projects in Georgia and Alabama. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to award a Task Order for Stoplog Rehabilitation at Buford Dam, GA. This will involve welding repair, new rubber seals and painting of the stoplogs.
