Solicited Unrestricted, other than full and open competition, requested delivery is 205 days ARO, FOB DESTINATION, Inspection/Acceptance at ORIGIN. Configuration Control applies. Critical Application Item. Export Control applies. Contractor First Article Test is required. Production Lot Testing is required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies and will be included in the solicitation.
