- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 14,862 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 12,924 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must be available for occupancy no later than the Spring of 2011. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ABAAS guidelines. The anticipated lease will be on a “full service” basis. DELINEATED AREA: Within the “Germantown” submarket of Philadelphia as described below: request): NORTH: Cheltenham Avenue EAST: Broad Street SOUTH: U.S. Route 1. WEST: Wadsworth Avenue to Mt. Airy Avenue to Germantown Avenue to Allens Lane to Wissahickon Avenue. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 5, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building, as well as a description of the offered building and space. 2) Floorplans of space offered. 3) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 4) Rentable Square Feet offered 5) Percentage Common Area Factor used to determine rentable square feet 6)Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
