- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge at Willows, CA 95988-Sacramento County, to have a contractor Demolish existing seismically unsafe building and Supply, Deliver and Install a Pre-engineered Steel Building, approximately 6240 SF (3 Bay Maintenance Shop with dedicated office area). Basis for award will be "Best Value". There will be three (3) factors of evaluation: 1) Experience; 2) Past Performance; and 3) Price. A competitive Request For Proposal (RFP), solicitation no. 80181RR144 to include all attachments, will be made available by February 10, 2010 (approximate) and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov. The solicitation response date March 12, 2010 will be at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Estimated delivery (project completion) date is 210 days from Notice to Proceed date.
