Description

RECOVERY - TAS: 14 2302 ::TAS Project 9YH52006 RECOVERY ACT AMENDMENT NO. 1 is issued to Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation document number RA001110022 as follows: 1. The following is added to Block 10: "NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS: This solicitation is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5, the contract awardee shall comply with the language of the ARRA statute, and all applicable laws, regulations, provisions, policies, and clauses, including but not limited to the awardee's meeting the requirements of Section 1512 of the ARRA and other accountability and transparency conditions." 2. Block 13, Closing Date for Receipt of Proposal is changed from 01-28-2010, to 02-19-2010, Friday, 4:30 PM, Phoenix, AZ local time. 3. Notice is issued to Offerors that ASBESTOS and LEAD ARE PRESENT AT THE PROJECT SITE. Subsequent Amendment to the Specification will be issued in the near future regarding the asbestos and lead. 4. Copy of DOI Policy for Executive Order No. 13513 "Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving" is provided (see SECTION C, Descriptions and Specifications, Item SW-7 Compliance, (h) "The contractor shall comply with Executive Order 13513 (October 1, 2009) )". 5. All other items remain.
