Description

**This is a modification to the Previous Notice posted on January 8, 2010, related to Solicitation Number RFP VA-101-10-RP-0040. 1. Prospective Offers must obtain copies of solicitation documents from FedBizOpps, which will be available on or about January 29, 2010. 2. A Pre-proposal conference will be held on February 11, 2010, at 9:00AM Eastern Standard Time at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery. 3. The offerors shall submit questions to the Contracting Officer but not later than February 17, 2010 at 4:30PM Eastern Standard Time. The government will respond to all questions not later than February 22, 2010 via an amendment. 4. Proposals are due to the Contracting Officer by 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time on March 2, 2010.
