- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement to install Photovoltaic Systems at the Ash Meadows NWR, NV; Desert NWR, NV; Moapa Valley NWR, NV; Pahranagat NWR, NV; and Ruby Lake NWR, NV. Basis for award will be "Best Value". There will be three (3) factors of evaluation: 1) Experience; 2) Past Performance; and 3) Price. A competitive Request For Proposal (RFP), solicitation no. 80181RR172 to include all attachments, will be made available by February 17, 2010 (approximate) and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov. The solicitation response date March 19, 2010 will be at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Estimated delivery (project completion) date is 160 days from Notice to Proceed date.
