- Description
- The project includes the construction of a 3,360 square foot office building. The office consists of a cast-in-place concrete foundation system, steel beams and columns, steel trusses, structural engineered wood panel (SIPS) roof deck, insulation and 50 year shingles, and exterior veneer finishes on 6 inch steel studs with 2 inch rigid insulation, and an air barrier system. The project also includes associated site work, including utilities, fire protection, walks, storm drainage, security fences and gates, new parking lot, repaving of existing road and parking lot, landscaping, and signage. This project is required to meet a LEED Silver Rating. This is a Sealed Bid Procurement and is UNRESTRICTED. The estimated cost range for this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $33.5M. The base construction contract duration is approximately 400 days. The approximate issue date is 16 February 2010 and approximate closing date is 17 March 2010, 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
