- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract HHSD2002009M29199B to Deloitte Consulting LLP for Planning and Implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Deloitte Consulting LLP under Contract Number HHSD2002009M29199B, which was previously competed and awarded in FY 2009. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the ARRA Program.
