Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a COVER, ACCESS, GUIDED MISSILE. This requirement will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. This item has a Government First Article Test (FAT) requirement. The NSN, and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN: 1420-01-051-5374; Base Year EAQ: 336 each; Option Years EAQ: 336 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin; 369 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Military Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Dept. of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain certification, contact: Commander, Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS), ATTN: US/Canada Joint Certification Office, 74 Washington Ave. North, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 or call the DLIS at (800)-352-3572. The DLIS United States/Canada Joint Certification Lookup service is available via the Internet at: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/ccal/. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 15 March 2010. The anticipated award date is 15 August 2010. The proposed contract is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
