Description
RECOVERY - R - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROCUREMENT IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FSS SCHEDULE 871-7, PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AND CONSOLIDATED SCHEDULE R 425, ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES. This is not a request for quotations. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220, Product Supply Code (PSC) of R499. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing or via email to Ms, Carrie Haman, carrie.haman@gsa.gov. Description of Work is as follows: The Construction Manager (or Management and Inspection Contractor) shall be required to provide professional and technical services which may include, but are not limited to, the following: scheduling and setting up various meetings and conferences, maintaining a file system for all correspondence, submittals, shop drawings, reports, payments, contract changes, etc. and any additional files; keep accurate and detailed written records of project progress during all stages of construction; receive and review the general contractor's CPM schedule submittal and schedule of values, and monitor the progress of the general contractor relative to the established schedules and critical path and develop a system for overseeing progress; inspect all construction activities to assure adherence to the design and construction documents. The CMa shall also be responsible for providing Commissioning Services. Commissioning Services responsibilities will include confirmation that the completed facility fulfills the functional and performance requirements of the GSA, the facility occupants, and the facility operators. Commissioning shall include services as necessary to verify and document compliance with the GSA performance objectives throughout design, construction, start-up, and the initial period of operation. Estimated task order value: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000
