- RECOVERY ACT (ARRA): THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a solicitation for offers. The U.S. General Services Administration Region 4 (Southeast Sunbelt Region) plans to utilize Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), number GS-23F-ST001 to procure Acquisition Management Services - Cost Estimator to assist with planning and estimating construction projects; repair and alteration projects for the Southeast Sunbelt Region (headquartered in Atlanta). The Request for Proposal (RFP) was released to the designated schedule holder on July 22, 2009. Proposals are due on or before July 29, 2009.
