- RECOVERYThe National Park Service, Southeast Region intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price contractusing full and open competition among small businesses for the DRTO Exhibit Project at Dry Tortugus National Park,FL. The offeror shall provide labor and materials to construct the casing along with delivery on location to the park. The statement of work and specifications with be issued with the solicitation. NAICS Code: 337215, Size standard 500. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The National Park Service is presently using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Request for Quotes (RFQ) and award Purchase Orders.You must register in (EC) at website http://ccr.gov. If you have any registrations please call 1 (886) 705-5711. Solicitations may be viewed online at either http;//wwwfedbizopps.gov or http://ideasec.nbc.gov.For questions at the Department of Interior (EC) site, please call the help desk at (703) 390-6633. This will be the only means of obtaining the solicitation/award. All propective offerors with access to the internet and email address can receive electronic notification of solicitation and awards. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any admendments. The Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder's mailing list.It is incumbent upon any interested parties to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any admendments and to respond to them by the date and time set for receipt of proposal/quotes or amendmentmay render the offeror nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the offer. All prospective contractors are required to submit or upload their organization representation and certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov. priorto submitting an offer. Failure to do so will render an offer nonresponsive. No telephone offers accepted.Estimated cost range of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
