- This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-10-G-A752 with Charles Stark Draper Laboratory Inc., Cambridge, MA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 1 FEB 2010 through 1 FEB 2010 for the evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Navy Weapons System manufactured and repaired by Charles Stark Draper Laboratory Inc.. Several major items to be repaired include: 7H 5998-01-430-9306, Printed Wiring Board, P/N 1980367; 7H 5998-01-430-9307, Printed Wiring Board, P/N 294355-002; 7H 5998-01-430-9297, Printed Wiring Board, P/N 294360-001; 7H 5998-01-430-9313, Printed Wiring Board, P/N 294370-002 7H 5998-01-430-9344, Printed Wiring Board, P/N 294365-1; 7H 5998-01-439-6050, Printed Wiring Board, P/N 3799701-3. However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential reparable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
