Description

Amendment Specifications Brand name Solicitation This contract will be awarded in whole or in part with funding under the Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act). In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.204-11, all federal contractors in receipt of an award or modification to an existing award with Recovery Act funds and for which an invoice has been submitted, must report the use of these funds within 10 calendar days after the end of each fiscal quarter on FederalReporting.gov. Recovery Act award TAS Code: 13-440 Hydrographic Survey Backlog Seeking (54 each) Powersonic PS-12400 12VDC 40AH batteries or equal. If need and fund arises 54 additional batteries will be purchased on or before 30 September 2010. The GSA posting has been cancelled. Please submit your bids to Mike Myers via fax or e-mail by the closing date. Bids received after that date will not be accepted.
