Description
This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement for a total Annual Demand Quantity of 120 each under project Number is IQC10011009005 for NSN 2915-00-168-9775. The delivery terms will be FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery schedule is 220 days. The solicitation contains a firm fixed price for a 1 year base with an additional 4-(1) one-year term option periods at the best interest of the Government. Variation in quantity is +/- 0%. This item is a Temperature Bellows. The highest priority Weapon System Designator Code for this part is {50N} for the T-64 Aircraft Engine. The OEM is Ontic Engineering (45934). There are four approved sources of supply, Unison Industries & Unison Industries, LLC {59501& 83311}, Westport International, Inc., {96429}, AAR Parts Trading, Inc. {1Y249}, and Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation {73030}. This item is not deemed commercial. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control applies and this is not an Export Control Item. This item is deemed AMC 1 AMSC C. This is not an Export Control Item. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the Request for Proposal (RFP).
