- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Open Text, Inc., 100 Tri State Intl. Pkwy., Lincolnshire, IL 60069-4403, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This acquisition, for Defense Commissary Agency, is for the procurement of eDOCS (formerly Hummingbird) Software Maintenance. The proposed contract action is for eDOCS (formerly Hummingbird) Software Maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
