- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for project R538-10-106, entitled RECOVERY (ADDITION) REPLACE FINISHES LOWER LEVEL BUILDING 26 at VAMC, Chillicothe, Ohio, as required by drawings entitled Renovate Basement Building 26 and specifications. Work to be completed within 240 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans, specifications and drawings will be available on-line o/a February 18, 2009. All specifications and drawings will be available on line through this website. No hard copies will be issued. Estimated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A pre-bid conference will be held Thursday, February 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Building 1, Room 121, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 17273 State Route 104,Chillicothe, OH.
