Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 Commercial Items and 13.3 Simplified Acquisition as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is R10PS80163 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38, dated December 10, 2009. This solicitation is being set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is: 562111, Size Standard is $12.5M, Product Service Code (PSC) S205. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract without discussions based on best value considering low-price technically acceptable for a base and four (4) option years for a total of five years. GENERAL - The Bureau of Reclamation has a need for an on-site 30 yard trash dumpster with on-call trash removal services at the Denver Federal Center, Denver, CO for Building 56 dock/entrance E14. The average number of requests for this service is two dumpsters per month. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE - The contract will be issued for a base and four (4) option periods from the date of award (approximately March 01, 2010 through February 28, 2011).
