Description: RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA), PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO DENNY SANDERS CONSTRUCTION, 822 TECH DRIVE, LYNN HAVEN, FL 32444, UNDER CONTRACT WC133F-09-SE-4476. The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) posts this notice of intent to modify Contract Number WC133F-09-SE-4476 issued to Denny Sanders Construction Incorporated of Lynn Haven, FL, under its contract for construction services to support the National Marine Fisheries Service, Panama City Facility. The estimated value of this action is $0.00. This action is for the revision of the existing Statement of Work (SOW) that was incorporated into the contract when the contract was signed on September 14, 2009. This revision will provide for the deletion of security screens over exterior windows in the Gear Storage Building and the addition of a split system Air Conditioning unit and associated electrical connection in the Server Room of the Main Laboratory Building. The SOW revision will be at no additional cost to the Government and will extend the original period of performance fifteen (15) calendar days, from 03/30/2010 to 04/14/2010. In September 2009, NOAA awarded Contract Number WC133F-09-SE-4476 to Denny Denny Sanders Construction Incorporated of Lynn Haven, FL for construction services to renovate the NMFS Panama City Facility located in Panama City, FL. This action is for the revision of the existing Statement of Work (SOW) that was incorporated into the contract when the contract was signed on September 14, 2009. This revision will provide for the deletion of security screens over exterior windows in the Gear Storage Building and the addition of a split system Air Conditioning unit and associated electrical connection in the Server Room of the Main Laboratory Building. The SOW revision will be at no additional cost to the Government and will extend the original period of performance fifteen (15) calendar days, from 03/30/2010 to 04/14/2010. Since this work is to be completed during the original renovation of the NMFS Panama City Facility the consideration of sources other than Denny Sanders Construction Incorporated would be inefficient and could compromise the Government's ability to meet the project completion schedule.
