- Questions and Answers Amendment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W911XK-10-T-0030 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS is 444190, business size is $ 7.0 M and the acquisition is being solicited as Small Business (SB) Set-Aside.
