Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN LAS CRUCES, NM STAR #: 8NM2067 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 27,125 rentable square feet in the Las Cruces, NM. The space should yield a minimum of 24,967 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require a total of seventy-five (75) parking spaces, forty-two (42) of which must be secure. Three (3) of the secure parking spaces must be covered. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area in Las Cruces, NM: North: East Lohman Avenue to New Mexico Rehabilitation Hospital West: South Main Street South: East University Avenue East: New Mexico Farm and Ranch Museum The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 25, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
