RECOVERY TAS::14 1041::TAS Project Number 154317 WASO Energy and Water Audits SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE EASTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are Perini Management Services, Inc., MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc.and BlueScope Construction, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009. This ARRA Project will consist of Benchmarking: Baseline Energy and Water Analysis: The Contractor shall establish an energy and water consumption baseline in order to identify facilities (buildings and parks) that likely need the most attention during the audit. Prior to conducting the field survey, the Contractor shall collect three years of utility data (2003, 2007, and 2008) from each park's utility provider (or directly from the park if unavailable from the utility) for each utility account including: electricity, water, natural gas, fuel oil, diesel, gasoline, LPG, and any other fuel used by the Park.
