Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to place a Firm Fixed Price order under Contract N00019-05-G-0026 with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC) (A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Boeing Company) of St. Louis, Missouri 63166 for the ECP-MDC-F/A-18-6370 to provide enhanced testing to improve supportability of the F/A-18E/F and EA-18G Angle of Attack Probe. MDC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer and integrator of the F/A-18E/F aircraft in its various configurations and is the only source with the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort. Any interested party must have the knowledge, expertise, facilities, and qualified personnel necessary to accomplish this effort within schedule requirements. Any respondent must also submit a Statement of Qualifications to demonstrate respondent’s ability to perform to the Government’s needs within the required response time.
