- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FM460092730013 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333992. The business size standard is 500. Offeror shall provide the items listed below as brand name or equal to. If the items are not brand name than the offeror shall provide documentation to verify that the supplied items meet the brand name or equal specifications. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: LaserStar welder brand name or equal All products MUST be laser welders. Any other product will not be accepted. 1. LaserStar compact welder or equal P/N: 520-209-080 2. Microscope-EZ View/Cobra stereo Optic system or equal P/N: 611-195 3. Regulator Kit or equal P/N: 601-099 4. Presents Dental Application Parameters or equal P/N: 621-711 5. Pedestal Stand or equal P/N: 611-290 iWeld brightstar & Laserstar benchtop brand tablestop dimensions 24"L X24" W Adjustable height 26"-30" Weight: can hold up to 200 lbs. 6. Container/packaging or equal P/N: 1299990-01 7. Domestic Freight and installation with lift gate or equal P/N: 990-860 8. Introduction to Laser welding or equal P/N: 990-854 Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award.
