- Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Task Order 0018 using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding, under Contract No. W9127N-08-D-0004 awarded to Thomas/Wright, Inc. for quality assurance inspections. This modification will increase funding per the following Contract Line Item Numbers established specifically for work that falls under ARRA: CLIN 7107 in the amount of $9,873.60; CLIN 7108 in the amount of $2678.75; CLIN 7113 in the amount of $9370.40; CLIN 7114 in the amount of $1,171.30; CLIN 7122 in the amount of $4000.00; CLIN 7123 in the amount of 205.95. This action will increase the task order by a total amount of $27,300.00.
